Pathoos Malabar Spices offers spices, spice blends and related food products through its online store.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, prices, weights and other information displayed on the website are accurate.
However, slight variations in colour, appearance, texture or packaging may occur due to the natural characteristics of spices and food products, as well as differences in screens and photography

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for storing products according to the instructions provided on the product packaging.
Once a product has been delivered, we are not responsible for deterioration caused by improper storage, exposure to moisture, heat, contamination or other inappropriate handling by the customer.
If a product appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, expired or otherwise unsafe, do not consume it and contact us promptly.
11. Promotional Offers and Coupons
From time to time, we may provide promotional offers, discount coupons and special pricing.
